Through a significant exterior rebuild, featuring stained Douglas Cedar and a West Coast contemporary esthetic, we transformed our clients’ Deep Cove property from ordinary to unforgettable. The 1960s home had good bones and a great location near the water, but the front of the property was dated and underused. This revitalization not only restored curb appeal but also introduced a welcoming entranceway, new double garage and multiple outdoor retreats for leisure and tranquility. The addition of a large, heated and covered deck extended the living space outdoors, making the most of breathtaking views of Burrard Inlet year round.
